A comprehensive 60-minute assessment to understand your current symptoms, mental health history, medical background, and treatment goals. This evaluation allows us to develop a personalized plan that may include medication management, therapy recommendations, or both.

Follow-up appointments typically last about 20 minutes and focus on monitoring your response to treatment, adjusting medication doses, reviewing any side effects, and updating your care plan as needed.
