  • Greenleaf Psychiatry currently accepts Aetna, Optum and Cigna insurance plans. For patients with these plans, we can submit claims directly to your insurance. Any co-pays, deductibles, or coinsurance required by your plan are the patient’s responsibility.

For patients with all other insurance plans, services are self-pay. Payment is due at the time of service, and a superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Greenleaf Psychiatry is primarily a telehealth practice, but we now offer limited in-person appointments for those who prefer to be seen face-to-face or when the provider determines an in-person visit is clinically appropriate.

  • The process is simple. You may reach out to us by email or phone. Once we receive your request, we will schedule a brief screening call to ensure that our practice is a good fit for your needs.

If so, we’ll send you our intake forms. After you complete and return those forms, we’ll schedule your first appointment.

    • Initial evaluations: 60 minutes

    • Follow-up visits: Typically 20 or 45 minutes, depending on your needs

  • To be respectful of other patients and your provider’s time, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee, and appointments missed without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee.
