Greenleaf Psychiatry currently accepts Aetna, Optum and Cigna insurance plans. For patients with these plans, we can submit claims directly to your insurance. Any co-pays, deductibles, or coinsurance required by your plan are the patient’s responsibility.
For patients with all other insurance plans, services are self-pay. Payment is due at the time of service, and a superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

The process is simple. You may reach out to us by email or phone. Once we receive your request, we will schedule a brief screening call to ensure that our practice is a good fit for your needs.
If so, we’ll send you our intake forms. After you complete and return those forms, we’ll schedule your first appointment.
