Greenleaf Psychiatry is a self-pay (private pay) practice and does not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. We can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

This practice does not prescribe controlled substances, including medications like Adderall, Vyvanse, Xanax, Klonopin, or Ambien.

We commonly treat:
Depression – low mood, loss of interest, changes in sleep or appetite
Anxiety & panic – excessive worry, restlessness, panic attacks
OCD – unwanted thoughts, repetitive behaviors
Adult ADHD – trouble focusing, disorganization, forgetfulness
Bipolar II – periods of low mood and increased energy
Adjustment issues – difficulty coping with life changes or stress
PTSD – intrusive memories, feeling on edge, avoiding reminders
Sleep problems – trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or feeling rested

No. We currently treat adults between the ages of 18 and 65.

Yes. All care is provided via secure, HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry. There is no physical office location for in-person visits.

The process is simple. You can request an appointment through our website using our secure Charm portal, book directly on Zocdoc, or reach out to us by phone or email. Once we receive your request, we’ll review it to confirm that our practice is a good fit for your needs.
If so, we’ll send you our intake forms. After you complete and return those forms, we’ll schedule your first appointment.

Initial evaluations: 60 minutes
Follow-up visits: Typically 20 or 45 minutes, depending on your needs

Cancellations require 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
